Server doesn't start out of nowhere

Description of issue: Stopped server yesterday, played just fine. Went to start it today, it gives me an error by the end of the process. Have no clue why. The issue is fixed by deleting the chunk loader I had next to the ender quarry, in the Deep Dark. No idea why it caused an error on startup and didn't crash the game yesterday.
