FTB infinity crash when joining server, unexpected error

Issue Details: The modpack launches and loads as it should but when i try to join my own server (that i have played on the day before), the game crashes and says in the client:

It looks like you are using an unsupported modified version of the game.
The game crashed whilst unexpected error
The game crashed whilst unexpected error
Error: java.lang.NullPointerException: Unexpected error
